Photoshoot: It starts eyes closed, to fingers crossed, to 'I swear, I say'.
![]() (Sculpts) Left to right: Angelheim Ryan, Lele YoSD, Sugintou sculpt and AOD Cloud Custom My first ever proper photoshoot. And a dollfie one, at that. (Other times I just take photos and am lucky to capture a good shot.) At first, it was just Cheryl and I, the two of us and her doll for this shoot just yesterday, on Sunday. But her friend joined us, so there you have the whole family :) He came with the intention of taking measurements of Cheryl's doll, to tailor more clothes but I guess we all got carried away... ![]() ![]() We settled down at a foodcourt first because I wanted/needed to eat. There sure were a lot of glances as these two sat down and started talking about doll clothes and measuring and stuff like that... ![]() Cheryl's doll is freaking 2.5kg and 71cm tall. Even my lappie's only 1.8kg :/ And I'll forever be surprised with his weight... Oh but he's pretty sexy - nice muscular build... :) ![]() His name is Sky, when his hair is white and Aden, when his hair is black. ![]() His faceup is beautiful, love the extra wing! If makeup was permanent I wouldn't mind this look :) Cheryl's boy was trying on a new hair colour in this pic. We went to Haagen Daaz when I was done, since the stares and curious looks were getting on our nerves. Hahaha. The banana split was expensive :( but the belgian chocolate flavour was heaven. Nothing can go wrong with chocolate :) But peppermint chocolate chip is still my favourite flavour. Haagen Daaz should bring in that flavour! ![]() ![]() But oh, their icecream melts fast :( Initially, we wanted to head to Chinese Garden for a better backdrop, but the sun was relentless that day. So we hung out at Haagen Daaz, then walked over to SAFRA after the sun setted, where it was air-conditioned and the ambience was pretty good. ![]() It took a while for us to settle down and get nice shots, but it was all worth it! I was exhausted because I always hold my breath when I take photos... Oh yeah, these dolls weren't a family at the start. It was only because they kind of really fit in as a family well, so we drew a story out for them :) ![]() ![]() ![]() Sky, with his youngest son, Saruno. Saruno has such a sweet face! Omg. Haha. ![]() ![]() ![]() Sky, with his wife, Lenne. They look so sweet together! Actually Sky was too tall for Lenne so... after further adjustments, they look perfect :) Cheryl's doll tried on other clothes in an attempt to help advertise her tailor :) I love this cloth! I would love to have a waloli made in this :) It's also available in black with gold prints. The awesomeness (Y) ![]() ![]() Oh, and the last - Sky's older son, Cloud. He has this look in his eyes... Though I didn't take a liking to him immediately, I grew to like him because of his wild hair! He looks like Gary Motherfucking Oak with his hair barely styled. ![]() And then, I, the awesome hairsylist, did some magic! And oh dear, he's such a hottie. ![]() So fierce! The three of us had quite a lot of fun taking photos and playing around with their outfits, making the dolls pose and stuff... We should have another photoshoot soon! With more clothes and other backdrops. :) I'm pretty free now so book me while you still can! We didn't leave too late because I had to get home in time to surprise Angela at her doorstep at midnight. And yes, I was the first to wish her happy birthday along with Pretty boy :) ![]() Oh I just love the look in his eyes. So sinister, so condescending, so... handsome. Not to mention, the hair too. ;D Labels: Cheryl, Dollfie, Photoshoot |
