Don't you wanna come with me? Don't you wanna feel my bones, on your bones? It's only natural.

This is what WIN is made of.
I've been pretty well occupied this week! :D There was a picnic on Wednesday and just today, there was a pre-FOP outing to ECP. 我喜欢。 Okay, not really, but I had fun so, 我喜欢。

Since we were going to the Barrage, I knew we'd reach there about 4 so we didn't meet too early. I wore my low cuts and it nearly rained. :( There's something about my low cuts that plays with the weather... FOREVER. It's so well worn that there are holes on the soles, so I try to avoid wearing it when it's gonna rain (else the water will seep in), but whenever I wear them, it either nearly rains, or simply rains. Honestly, I've taken notice ('cause it's dying and I don't want to dump them! Ugh).

Anyway, I was the first to meet the fresh meat. It felt like bringing 3 little kids out for a walk. xD So glad I'm not the oldest (by counting the years). Oh, I only had my 50mm lens with me that day so all I took, mainly, was pictures of people - oh the glorious bokeh.

Gabriel was a nice basket. :)

Later, Cuixia arrived. I wore my plaid jeans 'cause it was the only thing that matched the shirt we planned to wear together! Aha, I seriously didn't look like I was going for a picnic! (I kinda looked more like I was going for a concert.)

Then we got moving! :D

It was so hot :( Lucky it was about 4+ when we reached, so the sun wasn't at its peak anymore.

And we settled down! Woohoo!

We didn't stay out on the roof for long 'cause the grey skies decided to spoil our fun :( Oh, the guys managed to get their kites up for a while before the strings got tangled and the lightning risk alert. (There was this bunch of youngsters who were super excited about flying a kite. And their kites were in the classic shape - diamond. They were shouting, "I'm flying! I'm flying!" all the way through...)

I got this shot before the clouds came over to rain on our fun. It was just like those surreal moments where it looks like heaven is showing itself... I editted this heavily 'cause I just couldn't get the right exposure. As long as you can see that light thingy, you got it B)
We hid in the cafe at the 2nd floor for a while and wasted some money. Then we left, thinking it was better, but it wasn't! The risk alert was still there so we had an indoor picnic.

We didn't stay too long, 'cause we're good kids. We parted where we met and will meet again before school starts! :D

Today, I overslept. Gabriel nicely went back to sleep when he found I wasn't awake. Hahahaha so we reached ECP 3 hours late! (Y) CL was with his friends, so his friends and him rented bikes together with us. So the outing kind of split into two xD I totally spammed CL's camera with my face :p
