Take control of the world like it's all we have to hold on to, and we'll be a dream.

FOC is finally over, and it was good. I'm not entirely sure if I regret not going for last year's. I guess not, 'cause I'm only to look forward and move on :)

It's been a pretty stressful and tiring period for the ones who are in charge of this all, and even more since we can't show our fatigue or frustration... However, things all worked out well and God has blessed us all with wonderful weather and the strength we need. :)

Unlike the campers, we had a 4D3N camp - it wasn't that bad since there was warm water to shower in. I had a pretty good time though I was pretty detached from the main body. Also, I became the pseudo photographer with another guy called Hidayat. He didn't turn up on day 0 so I took over his place... and eventually worked together with him :)

My koala bear from San in Australia :')

Day 0 was a pretty evenly paced day. We tried out Ashri's telematch and cleared a few other hiccups.

Wonderful weather, except for the fact that I got tanner after that :(

After testing out Ashri's game, we had lunch. :D On our own though, meals only covered during the actual camp :(

Joey's cutesy elmo bag!

Not everyone tried out the games though - some were busy doing up the remaining props for other games and the night walk. :D The props were seriously impressive, 'til the extent that we kept some for display in the clubroom ;D

Racial harmony (Y)

We also had dinner on our own. As different as we all are, I have learnt that it's our differences that bring us together. We're the same in the way that we're all different. And we can't live without the other. It would be anarchy.

Day 0 soon came to an end. We tried out one more station game before calling it a day. :D

Poor Levon! :p

Then we retired to our bunks. The OCs had a bunk to themselves and the usual three nonsensical kids entertained us well. xD I will always laugh when I look at these pictures :p (Watch the kid in the yellow pullover. He's Keola.)

LOOK AT KEOLA ABOUT TO SLIDE OFF AND THE REST NOT CARING.

ASHRI JUST GAVE BIRTH TO KEOLA. SEE HOW HAPPY THEY ARE.

Damn, I just spent a good ten minutes laughing at these pictures with a few others over Facebook. xD

So then, day 0 ended. :) The real camp begins!

Joash's nonsense tag. Hahaha check out the 'The End'.

Fah and Nad! So cutesy :D

Day 1 was good! I think we started off well, keeping the campers hyped up with icebreaker games, identity making, then the day game :D There were some communication breakdowns here and there but I believe we handled it all well. (Y)

This year, the night walk was legalised, so we kind of had a blast. I didn't participate in the night walk at all - I camped in bunk with a few seniors 'cause I was too afraid :D And I'm glad I didn't go. I don't even think I'd be able to piss in my pants...

Day 2 got even more awesome. I guess it's also because we're all getting warmed up with each other B)

WATERMELON (and the seed haha!)

Don't they look similar? :D Not 'cause they're both Malay but... tsk! They just look alike with their hair tied up like this!

AND A DOUBLE FUCKING RAINBOW TO END THIS ALL. IT WAS GLORIOUS.

The camp ended with a big bang.

Nope, there was no camp afterglow, but these guys were so active that they had another outing after... to celebrate Bryan's and Sheri's birthday. :)

My life has been really interesting and exciting lately. :) Things have been good so far. I don't exactly know if I'm anticipating another trip like I always do... But this time it's different - it just feels different. Different in a good way, different in a way that this time I'm really walking hand in hand with God. :D

Well they can taketaketake the kids from the summer
But they'll nevernevernever take the summer from me
It was the very first time that I lost my mind for the week
They can't makemakemake me forget the weather
If I nevernevernever wash the sand from my feet
It was the very last time, then we said goodbye to the beach
(We were showing off, we were showing off our teeth)
