I'm the setting sun behind the trees, the saddest one you've seen.

Hello. It's been a while since I've updated this space. And it's finally Friday, so that leaves me some time for myself (with the exception of Tuesdays). For a pretty long while, I've lost my inner voice but I think I've found it again. What's meant to be yours will always find its way back to you in the end. There's no fine line between words and me because we are one. Where you find words, you'll always find me, just over the horizon. I always seem to lose my voice once in a while and it's refreshing, although lonely.

Anyway, first week of school saw new friends and unfamiliar places. It wasn't smooth sailing for me, as expected, but things didn't go too bad in the end. The lecturers were quirky and fun - I don't know what else to say about them since it's only the first week... But every single one of them seem to emphasize on how "If you have any troubles, you can turn to any one of us" and it honestly is quite worrying. Half of my class consists of international students and that's something new for me. This is going to be really interesting, observing new faces...

Also, the first week hasn't been any more productive than my holidays. The briefs have been handed out for some modules and guess what? I'm actually excited to give these assignments a go. :) Because for the first time in so long, I feel like I know what I'm doing, and that I have a very clear idea. And even if anyone were to strike my idea down, it doesn't really matter... 'cause it's my work. To sum it all up, I think I really feel proud of my work this time around.

I spent the last weekend of my holidays over at Cheryl's. We had lunch in one of her school's cafe, run by the students studying some culinary diploma there. The food is really awesome. Too bad we didn't hang out long enough at her school so we didn't have a second round at another store (run by students too)! After watching 'A Piano In The Woods' in her library, we headed home in anxious anticipation of her next boy! Woohoo!

While waiting, we decided to save the world from a zombie apocalypse, but the postman arrived as we were 5 minutes into the game. So we dumped the game and unboxed her boy! He's a Yo-SD (28cm) and I don't think Cheryl's named him yet.

Yeah, red skin and a tail. He has horns too, and the extra parts are detachable :)
