All I've been is just mobile blogging lately. (If you follow me on Twitter/Instagram, I think you can just skip this post entirely.) It's only the beginning of Y2 and things have already picked up tremendously. The workload still can't be compared to that of my first year in SP though. School aside, I've also been filling up my free time (almost totally) with music and work, which are both equally enjoyable. So I guess I'm making full use of all my time, just maybe to the point of exhaustion at times.

I'm glad to announce I've successfully made friends in class, but I miss my Y1 classmates more :( I'll still see 3 of them every Wednesday for the same Ceramics class we take, and more when we meet up for a meal or so. We've met recently and it certainly feels the same as a year ago. I'm clearly not good at sculpting so I made stupid food items for the first class, and Lesley made her qt animals! Our pieces kind of really go well together because of the size and the carrot her bunny is holding on to~




We always meet to eat, and we eat almost all kinds of things. Buffets and steamboats are the best. Oh and I found Pororo in Toys'r'us but I didn't buy it that day because I wasn't going to bring a stuffed toy to work... LOL. Speaking of which, I actually like where I'm working at. The event job I worked in June led me to this, so I'm thankful for it. Everyone at the restaurant, including the manager, is nice and really, really humourous (an understatement in many ways), so I hope this stays on for a while.

Drawing, drawings... Most of my classmates work digitally and though there's no restriction on what medium we have to use, I feel like I lack. Then again, each medium has its own pros and cons. At least I'm getting somewhere, somehow. I think I might begin to meddle with digital colouring soon, following tutorials online. Nothing's difficult now with such resources readily available. I'll still prefer traditional methods anytime...

I'm going off again, most probably until next month again. Don't know what this domain is serving anymore, but please don't steal it from me! (Why would you) Anyway Lesley's birthday was this month! May and I spotted this awesome Banana King (I think it's that, from the initials BK) wallet - it didn't take us long to decide on it. And those chicks, they make their own chirp noises when you press them. The pigeon chick (2nd from the left) makes the most annoying noise. Anyway pigeons are the stupidest most annoying and irritating birds ever.
