Christmas with Cheryl and her family and Rex the adorable German Shepherd.
The weeks leading to the new year were spent in a new albeit peculiar way... but all was good, I enjoyed every moment so that's all that matters. Also, I think I've bought too many things in December...

I was going to spend New Year at Cheryl's but we ended up hanging out with our colleagues after work at Spize, filling our really empty stomachs. Hahahaha then I slept the rest of the first day of the year~

I've contracted my Bro's sneaker addiction. It doesn't help that I'm female because heels exist... Sigh. I need to maintain but I've already planned to get another pair of sneakers before CNY. HAHA DAMN MY POOR WALLET


Don't know what other nonsense I've bought but those are my favourite two purchases (besides the autographed copy of Coraline).

I think my new year only really started after (finally) going to USS with my NAFA clique, let's name this group of kids LLJLB. We originally planned to go to USS back in September but kept pushing it back until we all got exasperated and whacked a random date in the new year to go. Haha and we were supposed to meet for a Christmas gift exchange but we only did it like on the 3rd day of the new year.

We didn't get to see many mascots that day and we used like 85% of our polaroids on ourselves doing stupid things with almost no (visible) background... Our shots don't even make sense half the time, and some of them will never see the day of light ever again. Most of the shots were taken with our phones in the end... All of us barely made it home since we literally played the entire day away. It's a pity days end and we run out of energy when you're having so much fun with your friends :(

In other news I survived the first day of school. Haha okay there wasn't even anything much. In other more interesting news I've made it to Grade 5 (theory) within 6 months~ I'm finally finishing what I started (okay not quite me, but my parents but it's almost the same, blah)! Though I'm not intending to pursue a music career it's fun to know so many things~

Oh yes, first day of school - found out I took the same elective as quite a few of my Y1 classmates! So I saw Laura today and got my perfume! The DFS has the medium sized bottle (since I couldn't decide on the small or large bottle) so she helped me get it (and kept it in Indonesia for a month). She liked the smell too so she has one herself. We will smell the same whenever we hang out now, hahaha.
