Doesn't it feel like our time is running out?
![]() Fuck yeah a cap I paid too much for (because I found it on another site a while later selling at a good half price off). Semester 1 officially ended about 3 weeks ago and I have since been in Nopeville. Right after school ended, all I did was bum around at home (and tending to my blogshop, earning money from the comfort of my bed). Wait, no. I spent the first week catching up with old friends I haven't seen since Y3 start (or rather since the year began). I'm not even gonna start on how crazy the year has been but 2013 in a nutshell: year 2 term 3 -> term break, went to BKK for school trip -> year 2 term 4 -> internship -> wisdom teeth surgery -> year 2 sem 1 -> now. Haven't really had much time to breathe, it's amazing how I could even tend to a blogshop (and have it flourish) at the same time. ![]() ![]() Aaanyway, the best part of year 3 so far is publication module. It's the only class (besides typography) I've been able to relate to 101%. My class put together a book for our last assignment and oh my, c'est magnifique. It'll be available for public viewing at NAFA's 2014 open house! (At least that's what we all planned for.) ![]() ![]() I finally met Fah after forever. I even had to mail her something I got for her because I was too busy to meet. It's been a long time since I've been to Teh with Fah... I want to eat the pattaya T___T because everywhere else's pattaya SUCKS. ![]() ![]() Also met my bros after forever! The last time I met them was actually during internship. And I've owed Bran his socks for 9 months already (that's how often we don't get to meet, damn that's long). I love hanging out with them because they treat me as their equal... though Jerm has became more gentlemanly, much more than the jerk he was 3 years ago x'D ![]() ![]() As I was scanning through short term jobs for my friends I came across one I could do with no sweat. All I had to do was to correct translated English (from Japanese) for Rakuten and the pay was pretty good. Japanese companies have really good energy in their office, I swear to God. They treated us part-timers like their normal co-workers though they're only seeing us for 2-3 days! The environment inside was really positive and everyone was so friendly. It's one office you would love to return to work to every day (though it's not really considered "work" if you enjoy what you do ;) right?)! Also, Adrian has been keeping in contact with me because I'm such a reliable person. (HAHA) Oh, he recently got engaged officially - good for him. He's kept in contact with me because I kinda know the ropes for what he requires of me at weddings, and because I can find manpower so easily. :D I'm cool man. ![]() Also bought a simple handmade bow tie (obviously pre-tied already because it's too much of a hassle to make the real one) but the strap is kinda tight. And it's a band that goes round so I can only remove it by taking it off through my head (which would mess my hair up). I wanna get more bow ties though, they're really cute. ![]() I've also had some time yesterday (because no one was home all day from morning til night) so I decided to sort out my footwear. HAHAHA this is not all. The rest are in boxes or stored in the shoe cabinet... and I'm too lazy to take them out. And the rest have been sold off or something. |
