I feel like a hero and you're my heroin(e).

I've only started working recently because the outlet I was posted to didn't receive the info that I was posted there. Sheesh... How am I supposed to show that I don't just want to work during GSS? They're just gonna let me go after my contract ends. Oh well...

The only thing interesting that happened at work today was a customer who entered the shop to listen to music. She stayed and even requested for the few songs she knew. Hahaha cutesy.

Also, I haven't been eating well lately. I honestly feel like I'm dying soon, and it's not a good thing.

Anyway, I think I had a great weekend despite some really huge shit - hung out w K and friends. I crashed into Saturday right after I knocked off, spending the night out intending to fish/skate but it rained. So we ended up watching Harry Potter in the dead of the night. We bumped into the rest outside the mall 'cause they were just chilling. Rain isn't good for skaters.

Later that day, we went for a gig. Intended/planned to. Right on that day, there was another gig and I didn't know which to go. I shouldn't have went for any at all 'cause I had dinner w Tai and the rest. In the end I ditched everything 'cause some huge shit landed on me and I was temporarily stunned. I've to thank Ian, for listening to me rant while you have your own problem to solve and it's more than enough even if you have nothing to say to me, and Mr. ODH, for rooting for me and taking care of Ian! :)

As I was heading home, K called and asked me to meet him where the other gig was. When I reached, he was still lost far, far away, so we decided to meet at *Scape. Deciding that he'd take a long time, I decided to skate from Home Club down. It was a nice cruise albeit the annoying crowd (since there was the National Day preview thing going on at the same time), and I'd learned how to pick up my deck in another way :) So I had fun.

Just before I reached DBG, I called K up and turns out he wasn't too far from me, so I asked him to wait for me. As I was making my way there, I was stopped by the usual group of us skaters at our usual hangout! Things couldn't have gone any more wonderful :)

The long lost Bok (aka SMRT guy) was there that night, and Yan (aka policeman) turned up later too! I haven't seen these two guys for a while :) And so we had a really good night skating around an empty town :D

Most of the pictures in this post are all taken by Bok and edited by me. They teach me how to do tricks and I teach them how to use my camera :)

Me: Why are you eating like you haven't ate in 10 years?
K: Whenever I eat, I'm always a kid. :-D

As we headed back up after dinner, there were these two kids in the lift with us. K, being high as usual, asked to take a picture with them.

K wanted to ask if they were in the some St. John uniform group but ended up slipping the words 'Long John', hahaha.

Time was so slow that night.

Yan (Mr. Policeman!) and Acip (The awesome dude who stopped me, hehe)!

I haven't landed my Ollie yet, but I will as soon as my ankle doesn't hurt as much anymore. After that... I'll try more tricks :) Let's see where the year takes me and what God has in store for me. That is, if I'm still alive by then.

I have about 8 more days to orientation and I hope I don't appear cold just 'cause I don't like to talk a lot.
