I had a pretty fabulous 9th of August :) which also happens to be Singapore's 46th birthday! #happybirthdaySingapore

Exactly this day a year ago was really different from today, and something I'd never think possible back then. Last year I spent today watching the parade and fireworks from our area together with Angela and her younger brother. :) Last year, I was also still in SP and had the YOG to work our homework through, B) Last year was pretty lonesome...

Today started off on a pretty bad note - family being totally screwed up and spoiling my mood for the rest of the afternoon. I retreated to my room and blasted music, and just as I was about to head to sleep, Acip (yeah, him again! So awesome!) asked if I was skating today. Yay so we all met to skate and chill and honestly I was really happy, excited probably, since I really missed them! We don't meet often so I really cherish (so cheesy) whenever we meet to skate (though I do more of photographing them than skate 'cause I suck). They're really nice people, I really like them :)


Like every other sport, you're bound to get injured one way or another. Poor Acip hurt his leg and Yan hurt his back. And I just sat down drawing caricatures of them. Ha ha ha
